Modern medical equipment for the Mykolaiv city hospital No.1
With the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in Mykolaiv, there was an urgent need for a specially equipped place to treat patients in whom COVID-19 provoked a heart attack or stroke.
On February 26, PJSC “MMW” Grain Terminal, with the support of the South Korean companies Posco International and Korean food for the Hungry International, handed over modern medical equipment to the Mykolaiv city hospital No. 1.
3 defibrillator-monitors, 10 patient monitors, 4 electrocardiographs worth over UAH 1.2 million. ($ 45,000).
“After the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, this equipment will be intended for patients in whom the virus provoked a heart attack and stroke,” said the director of the hospital, Maria Georgievna Gracheva, and thanked on behalf of the entire team.
On the same day, NIBULON opened a renovated intensive care unit for patients with COVID-19 and concomitant vascular complications such as heart attacks and strokes. The grain terminal has been actively operating since the end of 2019. This is the second charitable project organized by our company. We will continue to actively help the city and our residents.
