MMW Holds Mine Safety Training

On August 21, 2026, a mine safety training was held for the company’s employees at the MMW Grain Terminal.

The training was conducted by the DCA-NCA humanitarian mission, a joint initiative of the international organizations DanChurchAid (DCA) and Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), which implement humanitarian aid and mine action programs in Ukraine.

During the training, the terminal employees received important information about the potential risks associated with mines and other explosive objects, as well as rules of safe behavior in case of their detection.

Particular attention was paid to identifying dangerous objects, assessing potential risks, and following the appropriate course of action in hazardous situations. The knowledge gained will help employees be more prepared and attentive to possible threats both in the workplace and outside it.

The safety of our employees is one of the key priorities of our grain terminal. As a member POSCO INTERNATIONAL, PJSC “Mykolaiv Milling Works” pays special attention to the formation of a safe working environment and raising awareness of employees about potential risks.

We are grateful to the DCA-NCA team for the training, professional approach and important practical knowledge. We hope for further communication and exchange of relevant information on safety issues.
